Leave Uluru early for a beautiful drive through the Australian outback to Kings Canyon. Along the way stop for a light breakfast and a morning cup of tea or coffee before continuing the journey to The Canyon. Here your guide will take you on a 3 hour guided walk around the awesome Rim Walk or an alternative, less demanding walk is the Canyon Creek Walk. Sit in the Amphitheatre, and discover the Garden of Eden and marvel at the shear North and South Walls while you hear about the geological evolution of the area - Watarrka. A wholesome picnic lunch on the rim of the canyon is perfect way to have some quiet time on this spectacular walk or to ask your guide some more questions. The afternoon drive back to Alice Springs stops at local road houses, arriving back to Alice around 6.30 pm with plenty of time to catch up with new friends and to plan your next adventure!
